What makes your work particularly attractive
You accompany and coach participants in the work integration program of Klinik Südhang from the initial assessment interview to the exit from the program after six months. As the case-leading social worker, you are responsible for individual program planning and networking with referring agencies, employers, and therapists. Conducting group sessions within the treatment program is part of your daily work, as well as weekly individual and periodic status discussions. In the team, you continuously review the offerings of the work integration program, engage in professional development, and are ready to support the social counseling team as needed.
What distinguishes you
In addition to a modern social work understanding, a pronounced person-centered attitude is a matter of course for you. Your strengths include comprehensive counseling and social skills as well as a structured and process-oriented way of working. Preferably, you bring experience in vocational integration and have corresponding further training at the CAS level. Proven professional experience working with people with addiction disorders and with groups rounds off your profile.
