These are your tasks
- Lead the mechanical maintenance team professionally and personally
- Organize and carry out maintenance work on boiler systems, conveyor systems, gas and steam turbines as well as flue gas and wastewater treatment plants
- Ensure the safe and reliable operation of the production facilities
- Plan safeguards and shutdowns in case of malfunctions or maintenance work
- Assist in organizing and carrying out major overhauls of our production facilities
- Procure spare parts
What sets you apart
- Training as a polymechanic (specializing in maintenance) or equivalent training in mechanics
- Leadership experience, complemented by leadership training (production team leader or equivalent)
- Solid expertise in the maintenance of technical systems
- Driver's license category B
- Team-oriented, reliable, and independent working style
- Strong sense of responsibility and high motivation
