We are looking for a motivated individual who brings organizational talent, expertise, and a heart for people with assistance needs.

• Take responsibility: Responsible for the economic order of the Co-Packing group, introduce new orders and check feasibility upon inquiries
• Leadership: Professional leadership of the team
• Planning and organization: from rough to detailed planning, everything under control
• Hygiene: Understanding and compliance with customer requirements
• Quality in focus: Manage processes, ensure workflows, solve problems cleverly
• Participation: active involvement in orders, feedback in ERP, setting up machines
• Forward thinking: continuously live process improvements and lean management
• Leadership with heart: fairly assign, promote, and strengthen employees with assistance needs

• Completed training in the food or production sector
• Experience in production and leadership, preferably in regulated environments
• Business management know-how and ERP knowledge
• Empathetic and correct manners/communication
• Strong social commitment: pedagogical knowledge or willingness to further education
