The Intercommunal School Association of Genolier and Surroundings (A.I.S.G.E.), responsible for the day care of children from the municipalities of Arzier-Le Muids, Genolier, Givrins, St-Cergue and Trélex, is looking, within the framework of an open-ended contract:
U | Deputy | director at 30% (annualized at 24.80%), combined with a position of Educator | ES at 30% (non-annualized) for our after-school structure "La Cour des Copons" in Givrins Start date to be agreed
Your mission:
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
- Collaborate in the proper functioning of the AISGE day care structure, under the responsibility of the After-School Service Management, within the framework of cantonal directives and in accordance with the educational project
- Be responsible for the placed children, in collaboration with the After-School Service Management, during their time in the AISGE day care structure
- Ensure the quality of the educational team’s work as well as its development and well-being
- Develop a relationship of trust with parents and families
- You hold an ES or HES diploma and have at least 4 years of professional experience after obtaining the diploma
- Hold a "CAS in team management and project leadership"
- You are attentive to others and your communication skills are recognized
- Your adaptability and autonomy make you a conscientious and trustworthy collaborator
- Your leadership and open-mindedness allow you to foster team spirit
- You have a sense of responsibility, you are motivated, organized and versatile
