- Analysis of the existing data storage structure - Evaluation of current file storage and identification of weaknesses and optimization potentials. - Design and implementation of SharePoint solutions - Development of structured, user-friendly, and scalable SharePoint environments for efficient data management.
- Creation of information architectures
- User and permission management
- Monitoring and continuous optimization - Monitoring usage, performance, and security of the SharePoint platform as well as implementing improvement measures. - Time commitment: approx. 12 hours per month (Monday-Friday), flexibly arranged, availability during office hours is an advantage
