Your new job

Support employees at the social service counter: reception of clients and telephone service
daily mail processing and distribution
active participation in the digitization of documents
general correspondence with municipalities, cantonal authorities, institutions and private individuals
general organizational tasks within the social service (ordering, recycling)

Your qualification

commercial training
foreign language skills are an advantage
very good knowledge of common Office programs
strong customer orientation, quality awareness and commitment to the cause
cheerful, flexible and resilient
reliable, independent and precise way of working
structured and organized approach
empathetic and respectful interaction with people in challenging life situations
