The Grand Hôtel Roi René MGallery****, an exceptional address in the heart of Aix-en-Provence, is looking for its future Event Manager to lead and develop its event activity: seminars, receptions, banquets, and private events in an inspiring and refined setting.
Position within an elegant and stimulating environment, available immediately on a full-time permanent contract (169 hours per month)
Soon repositioned in the Luxury market and renovated, the establishment will offer a high-end experience combining contemporary elegance, authenticity, and Provençal art of living.
Benefits:
- Gross monthly salary starting from €2300 for 169h + approximately €170 gross compensatory food allowance
- 13th month salary after one year of seniority

Reporting to the sales director, you carry the hotel’s commercial vision and will play a key role in its evolution towards the Luxury segment.
Your mission
- Respond to client requests and build tailor-made event offers.
- Organize and coordinate all services (logistics, catering, accommodation, technical).
- Ensure client satisfaction before, during, and after the event.
- Work closely with internal teams (F&B, reception, kitchen, technical).
- Supervise the progress of events and guarantee MGallery’s high-end standards.
- Manage administrative and financial aspects: quotes, contracts, invoicing, reports.
- Contribute to the commercial development of event spaces.
Your profile
- Proven experience in events, ideally in high-end hospitality.
- Strong service orientation, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Organization, rigor, autonomy, and priority management.
- Fluency in French and English is essential.
- Attention to detail and aesthetics, in line with the MGallery spirit.
