• Your main tasks include all services offered by public career, study and career counseling: advising young people and adults, collaborating with teachers in career choice preparation, organizing and conducting events (class and parent orientations as well as information events for vocational school classes).
• Responsibility as a counselor for at least one school building in the canton of Schwyz
• Participation in projects and working groups
• Editorial work in professional media
• Introducing innovations and new ideas

• Completed SBFI-recognized training in career, study and career counseling
• High presentation and moderation skills (SVEB 1 advantageous)
• Proven counseling experience
• Solid knowledge in handling diagnostic instruments or person with in-depth knowledge of test diagnostic procedures and issues
• Strong quality and service orientation (willingness for evening assignments)
• Ideally professional experience from business or industry with a strong affinity for education and labor market topics
• Cooperative and solution-oriented attitude as well as an initiative, independent and resilient personality
• Strong ability to work independently, self-management and high self-motivation
• Flair for organizational and administrative tasks
