Your new tasks

• Overall responsibility for the sourcing process in close collaboration with the Sales and Project Management teams – from evaluation to awarding contracts in French-speaking Switzerland
• Independent conduct of project-specific negotiations during the offer and execution phases, with a constant focus on economic optimization
• Preparation and negotiation of company contracts and framework agreements, in coordination with the relevant stakeholders, ensuring contractual security of projects
• Support for project management in claim management and risk management vis-à-vis suppliers and subcontractors
• Active contribution to the development of strategic purchasing as well as the identification and implementation of optimization potentials, especially regarding sustainability within the supply chain

Your talents and experience

• Completed commercial or technical training, ideally supplemented by business management studies (University / University of Applied Sciences)
• Professional experience in strategic purchasing, with a focus on project-related sourcing
• Strong negotiation skills and ease in demanding discussion situations
• Analytical, structured, and entrepreneurial mindset, results-oriented
• Ability to work independently and in a structured manner, with the aptitude to manage a region independently
• Availability for regular travel within Switzerland
• Professional command of French, German, and English
