Are you ready to help shape the digital transformation? As the ICT service and competence center of the cantonal administration of Graubünden, we support our departments with a secure basic infrastructure and advanced applications. Together with you, we will advance the digital transformation of the canton of Graubünden.
ICT customer service is exactly your thing. We as the Office for Informatics are therefore looking for an ICT Supporter to start immediately or by arrangement.
Your area of responsibility
- You are responsible for the setup, operation, and maintenance of the client infrastructure based on Microsoft 365
- You handle fault reports in 2nd-level support and document the implemented measures in the ITSM system
- You participate in the introduction, migration, and updates of specialist applications
- You advise and support our customers
What we expect from you
- Education or training in computer science or several years of experience in 2nd-level support of current Microsoft products
- Sound knowledge in operating Microsoft client systems
- High customer and service orientation, initiative, good perseverance
- Structured, team- and solution-oriented working style
- Good German skills in spoken and written form
