Tasks

• Support the head of real estate in strategic issues
• Development of basics, concepts and key figures for decision-making and decision-makers (city council, large municipal council, etc.)
• Developing usage concepts and independently handling projects
• Processing owner-relevant land register transactions
• Checking and initiating property valuations (purchase/sale) as well as preparing and supporting contract processing

Expectations

• Completed higher education in real estate and/or business administration
• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking combined with negotiation skills
• Independent and efficient working style
• Experience in preparing reports and interest in political issues
• Entrepreneurial thinking as well as excellent communication skills (written and oral)
