Job description
We are looking for a Network and Security Engineer - F/M/X to join our team in Lausanne and lead the deployment, management, and optimization of IT network and security infrastructures, ensuring resource coordination and the performance of technical systems in an international and dynamic environment.
🔥 Your responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate deployment projects of network solutions and architectures (installation and configuration of switches, routers, firewalls, reverse proxy…)
- Support teams responsible for maintaining operational conditions of network and security foundations (skills transfer, assistance and support in case of complex incidents or following a production deployment)
- Advise and support partners on-site during pre-sales phases and on network and security architecture
- Participate in audit phases and write technical reports
- Secure partners' IT infrastructure within the scope of projects
- Participate in remote customer support
- Update technical documents and procedures
- Ensure technological watch and propose improvements
🎯 Your profile
- Academic background: engineering degree focused on networks or equivalent (Master, Bachelor HES or equivalent)
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in a service company as a network engineer
- Strong skills and knowledge of network hardware: switches, routers, firewalls
- Mastery of technological environments (Cisco Catalyst/Nexus Switches, HPE/Aruba; Palo Alto, Fortinet Firewalls; Cisco, Aruba Wifi; F5)
- You demonstrate rigor, organization, and autonomy
- You show exceptional customer sense and very good interpersonal skills
- Fluent in French and English
- Driving license required
