Job Description
The research associate participates in the coordination of all activities related to clinical research within the center. He/she ensures the implementation, monitoring, and compliance with research procedures according to current ethical, regulatory, and scientific standards. He/she ensures the setup and monitoring of clinical studies sponsored or initiated within the SVRC and within the framework of the Swiss network of clinical research centers.
He/she performs scientific tasks such as reviewing study protocols and scientific papers under medical supervision, establishing and maintaining relationships with external partners, fundraising, and budget monitoring.
He/she monitors ongoing projects, respects submission deadlines for congresses, papers, conferences, as well as the follow-up of research fellows and the scientific work of the Swiss Visio Montchoisi B ISFM Center.
He/she monitors the CVs of the responsible physician and the research center, assists with the Center's communication (social networks, others).
He/she works closely with investigators, clinical teams, and sponsors to ensure the smooth running of studies.
Qualifications
We are looking for a person holding a clinical research associate (CRA) diploma or equivalent with excellent analytical and synthesis skills, the ability to take responsibility and work independently while respecting directives issued by the hierarchy. Experience in a similar role is important for this position as well as good English proficiency. Knowledge in ocular imaging would be an asset.
