To strengthen our team in the Dermacenter area, we are looking from 01/02/2026 or by agreement, for a permanent position at the Biel site, for a *motivated* and *committed* person as a Certified Drugstore Specialist, 50-80%.
Your responsibilities
- You competently advise our customers in your field of activity.
- You ensure a complete and optimal presence of products.
- You take charge of the assigned merchandise/deposit groups, specifically dermatological products.
- You receive external service collaborators from suppliers.
- You coordinate and ensure the transmission of specific information in the department to the relevant recipient groups.
- You perform tasks related to the quality assurance system.
- You are part of a team dedicated to cosmetics and general perfumery and are active in this department with a team player spirit in the collegial organization of the department and in customer service.
Your profile
- You have completed basic training as a Certified Drugstore Specialist or Pharmacist CFC
- You already have professional experience in an activity with an equivalent level of demand as a drugstore specialist
- You always place customer satisfaction at the center of your concerns.
- You have a clean, careful, and cooperative working style.
- You have charisma and a neat appearance.
- You speak fluent French and/or German.
