Our highly qualified teams of attorneys, together with expert administration, precisely address intellectual property law for our internationally active clients. To strengthen our Patents and Designs department, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a patent attorney with a university degree in physics or electrical engineering. Your main tasks You will independently advise our clients from home and abroad on legal and strategic issues of intellectual property law, mainly in the field of patent and design law.  Assessment of the protectability of inventions  National and/or international patent applications  Conducting infringement, nullity, and opposition proceedings  Freedom-to-operate activities Your qualifications You have  recently successfully passed the European Qualifying Examination or are about to take it  a completed degree in physics or electrical engineering  excellent German and English skills  willingness to act pragmatically and service-oriented We offer A varied activity in a well-coordinated, collegial, and professional team.
