To complete its team, the Buildings, Sports and Domains Directorate is looking, for a fixed term of 6 months, for a
80% Auxiliary Administrative Employee
Main tasks:
- ensure the management and follow-up of complex administrative files
- prepare decision-making documents (notes, summaries, strategic files)
- write minutes and reports
- process and follow up on strategic mail
- ensure the financial and administrative follow-up of projects
- coordinate actions between departments and stakeholders
- develop and update dashboards and management tools
- provide support for the completion of ongoing legislative projects
We are looking for:
- Commercial employee CFC or equivalent training required
- a few years of experience in a similar field
- proficiency in office tools (at least MS Office suite)
- ability to collaborate in a team.
Start date & duration: as soon as possible until August 31, 2026 (6 months)
