Your main tasks:
- Leading about 3 employees in the HVACSE area
- Ensuring the smooth implementation of all agreed services
- Recording, deactivating, and modifying building technology systems and planning maintenance and servicing work as well as controlling and documenting legally required inspections.
- Coordinating and processing work orders via ticket system and proactively advising and informing the customer
- Obtaining quotes for third-party services and coordinating third-party companies as well as maintenance contracts and assisting in technical projects
- Initiating orders and processing invoices in the technical area
- Providing on-call service and maintaining on-call manuals
Your profile:
- Completed training with a federal certificate of competence (EFZ) as an electrician or in the HVAC field
- At least 2 years of professional and leadership experience in a comparable technical function
- Good PC skills (MS Office) and enjoyment in using specific internal tools
- Fluent German skills in spoken and written form, additional languages are an advantage
- High customer orientation and strong quality standards
- Independent, proactive, and structured working style
- Impeccable reputation (criminal and debt register extract)
