• Creating work instructions, protocols, specifications, and concepts, as well as developing employee training
• Updating specific standards and familiarizing with work instructions and protocols
• Assessing complaints and findings from commissioning and preparing corresponding reports
• Conducting or supporting internal audits / approvals
• Identifying improvement measures and implementing them in collaboration with the relevant departments
• Exchanging new insights with the main plants and, if necessary, implementing them in commissioning
• Performing quality and incoming inspections in the work areas of bogies and production

• Completed technical training (e.g., engineer, technician) or equivalent
• Experience in quality management and process optimization
• Confident handling of Excel and other MS Office applications, experience with SAP is an advantage
• Good knowledge of standards and guidelines
• German and English skills, both spoken and written
