To support us, we are looking for a Business Analyst Print Management (m/f/x) 80 - 100% who will work closely with business departments and technical teams. You will join a team composed of Business Analysts and developers in charge of Print Management solutions.

The missions awaiting you

Analysis activities:
• Identify, collect, and structure business needs related to customer communication challenges (Print Management).
• Collaborate closely with technical teams and architects to ensure the coherence and feasibility of proposed solutions.
• Write functional and non-functional specifications, as well as user stories, in line with business requirements.
• Advise stakeholders on business and technical alternatives, taking into account operational and regulatory constraints.

Management and coordination activities:
• Facilitate scoping workshops with stakeholders (business experts, marketing, linguistic competence center, etc.).
• Ensure smooth communication between business units (product owners, process and data referents), project teams, and technical teams (release management, testing, architecture).
• Actively contribute to document governance: decision traceability, regulatory compliance, reporting, and audit recommendation follow-up.

Your profile:

• At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a technical orientation and ideally in the insurance field
• Higher professional education (EPF, HES, HEC, UNI or other equivalent title) in Computer Science or technical field with a computer science component
• Proven versatile experience in business analysis, solution integration, project management, and collaboration with delivery teams (product owners, scrum masters, business analysts, developers, testers, etc.) on topics related to customer and document communication
• Very good command of Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.) combined with a very good knowledge of common agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
• Native French speaker, proficient in English (spoken and written, minimum B2 level)
