Head of the Real Estate Valuation Office

The Real Estate Valuation Office carries out official valuations of developed properties within the framework of revision valuations and valuations on request. It is organized in a decentralized manner across six locations. About 60 employees regularly work with owners, municipal and cantonal authorities, the Graubünden Building Insurance, as well as other interest groups. As head of the office, you report directly to the director of the department. In this challenging role, you will face varied and interesting tasks through which you provide professional services for the benefit of the population, the economy, and institutions.
For May 1, 2026, or by agreement, we are looking for a new head of the Real Estate Valuation Office.
- Operational management of the office with locations in Chur, Davos, Ilanz, Samedan, Scuol, Thusis, as well as the headquarters
- Responsibility for implementing the legal mandate with a focus on conducting efficient and market-compliant revision and on-request valuations
- Further development of the office's services with a focus on digitalization and innovation
- Management of objection procedures
- Leadership and implementation of various projects in the area of activity
- Regular exchange with commissions, technical bodies, and other interest groups
- University degree, preferably in architecture or business administration, as well as training in leadership or management
- Extensive managerial experience and professional development in the real estate sector
- Strong communication skills, decisiveness, and a high service orientation
- Ability to think and act strategically and future-oriented, especially to promote digitalization and change management
- A winning and empathetic personality with high social skills and persuasive ability
- Knowledge of Italian and/or Romansh is an advantage
