To strengthen our Human Resources Department, we are looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. A true strategic partner, you advise and support the Sales & Marketing department within Vaudoise on all HR issues, both at the Lausanne headquarters and in our agencies across Switzerland.
Your role and responsibilities:
- Be the partner of managers and management to support them in their human challenges: integration, skills development, mobility, performance, engagement, and management of complex situations;
- Contribute to HR and business strategy by adapting and deploying our HR policies locally and ensuring their alignment with the company’s priorities;
- Manage key HR processes: promotions, evaluations, salary reviews, budgets, training needs, talent management and planning;
- Play a driving role in digital, cultural, and organizational transformation by acting as a change facilitator;
- Strengthen our culture and employer brand by promoting a positive social climate and contributing to employee health and well-being (notably through psychosocial risk prevention);
- Monitor and analyze HR indicators to guide decision-making and maximize value creation;
- Manage and develop your team composed of 2 HR Business Partners and an HR administrator.
Your profile:
- Proven experience (min. 7 years) in a strategic HR partner role, ideally in a complex environment;
- Native French or German speaker with excellent command of the other language (min. C1);
- Comfortable with Microsoft 365 and modern collaborative tools;
- Recognized leadership: structured, pragmatic, and results-oriented, you combine rigor, communication skills, and influence capacity;
- Proactive and a source of proposals, you know how to drive concrete and innovative solutions serving teams and business.
