- Overall responsibility for the medical, personnel and economic management of the Clinic for Gynecology and Obstetrics
- Further development of the service portfolio in obstetrics, operative gynecology and senology
- Active participation in interdisciplinary care pathways, digital processes and cross-location cooperation
- Ensuring high-quality, economically viable patient care
- Leadership, promotion and development of a multiprofessional team with professional and human competence
- Responsibility for quality management, training and further education as well as patient satisfaction
Your Profile
- Specialist in gynecology and obstetrics with several years of clinical management experience
- Extensive clinical experience including operative and obstetric expertise at management level
- High level of leadership strength, communication skills and business understanding
- Enthusiasm for innovation and willingness to actively shape modern processes, digital tools and interprofessional cooperation
