What you bring
- Completed training in warehouse logistics, transport, or commercial experience in the forwarding industry
- Proof of trainer qualification (AEVO/AdA certificate) desirable
- Ideally, first experience in training young people
- Pedagogical skills and enjoyment in working with trainees
- Independent, structured working style and organizational talent
- Team spirit, sense of responsibility, and the ability to lead motivatingly
- Enthusiasm for passing on knowledge in a practical manner
