Context
The Lausanne University Hospital (CHUV) is one of the five Swiss university hospitals. Thanks to its collaboration with the Faculty of Biology and Medicine of the University of Lausanne and EPFL, it plays a leading role in medical care, research, and education.
The Community Psychiatry Service (PCO) provides psychiatric care in the community in collaboration with patients and the socio-health network. Its mobile psychiatry section, composed of a multidisciplinary team (doctors, nurses, social workers), works on four axes:

- Follow-up of psychiatric patients with long-term mental disorders in a migration context
The Psy&Migrants Unit plays a key role in supporting patients from asylum and coordinating with partners in the socio-health network.
Mission
- You conduct assessments and nursing follow-ups with patients from asylum, within the framework of the Regional Institutional Care Units (USMI) and the missions of the Psy&Migrants Unit
- You provide clinical support (advice, supervision, consultations) to other CHUV units, EVAM social teams, and general practitioners of the Migrant Care Sector (Unisanté)
- You perform administrative tasks and participate in monitoring the unit's activities
- You contribute to training and research by participating in teaching activities and the scientific development of the service.
Profile
- You hold a HES nursing diploma (or an equivalent title). If your diploma was obtained abroad, you must have recognition from the Swiss Red Cross or a positive pre-check (mandatory)
- You have good knowledge of the medico-social network
- You have the ability to manage crisis situations
- You have at least 2 years of experience in psychiatry
- You show a strong interest in the field of migration
- You possess a driving license and a vehicle
- You master common computer tools.
