The Tax Processing Services team within SIX Securities & Exchanges offers institutional clients a comprehensive portfolio of innovative tax solutions in the area of withholding tax reclaim. In addition to established products, we continuously develop new services to optimally meet the needs of our international clientele.

These are your tasks
- Processing all tax relief orders and ensuring ongoing operational business
- Ordering and issuing tax certificates and tax documents
- Independently handling customer inquiries
- Conducting professional clarifications with custodians, tax authorities, and other counterparties
- Collaborating on further, more complex tax topics
- Contributing to the development of IT applications and tax-relevant projects
What you bring with you
- Completed commercial basic training; banking apprenticeship and advanced professional training are an advantage
- Expertise in securities and tax is an advantage
- Interest in project work and assisting with quality improvement and process optimization
- Quick comprehension, reliability, and trustworthiness
- Team player with initiative and confident communication skills
- Very good German and English skills, spoken and written
