About the job

• Ensure the strategic, technical, and personnel leadership of the team consisting of planning engineers and technical draftsmen.
• Be responsible for the execution planning of heat network projects and ensure their quality and feasibility.
• Develop standards, guidelines, and efficient planning processes as well as actively drive changes and optimizations in the area.
• Assign planning work internally or externally and accompany tenders.
• Coordinate agreements with the civil engineering office, authorities, partners, and internal interfaces and contribute with the team to timely implementation.

• Plenty of experience in managing large projects in the field of civil engineering, pipeline construction, or a comparable environment.
• Completed studies in mechanical engineering, process engineering, or similar.
• Competence to further develop processes and sustainably implement changes.
• Natural leadership attitude with the ability to balance enabling and enforcing.
• You are skilled at uniting different personalities and perspectives and fostering productive collaboration even in challenging conversations.
