Your new tasks
- Systematic analysis, optimization, and further development of our production and special systems.
- Design of assemblies, components, and adjustments using CAD
- Implementation of constructive solutions directly on the system – from assembly to functional testing.
- Technical root cause analyses of mechanical problems as well as derivation of sustainable improvement measures using PDCA etc.
- Creation or adjustment of technical drawings, parts lists, and documentation.
- Close cooperation with production, maintenance, automation, and external suppliers.
- Support in procurement of operating resources, special solutions, prototype construction, and layout optimizations.
- Completed technical training in mechanics, design, automation, plant engineering, polymechanics
- Further training in a relevant field is an advantage
- Very good understanding of manufacturing technology and motion sequences of production systems.
- Independent and solution-oriented working style with strong implementation skills
- Enjoyment of practical work on machines as well as constructive further development
- Team-oriented personality with technical understanding and quality awareness
