Your Tasks
- First point of contact for patients, relatives, visitors
- Friendly, professional reception and information
- Proper and independent handling of inpatient and outpatient patients, including emergency admissions
- Ensuring competent and professional telephone information
- Clarification of insurance coverage, recording and maintenance of master data in the information system
- Support for correct, efficient and service-oriented communication with all internal and external partners
- Co-responsibility for smooth operation in the reception and admission area
Your Profile
- Commercial and/or paramedical basic training with corresponding professional experience in a comparable function
- Entrepreneurial and analytical thinking and acting as well as independent, structured and precise working method
- Knowledge of SAP IS-H and clinical information system KISIM as well as the personnel planning tool PEP is an advantage
- Confident German (spoken and written), ideally further foreign language skills
- Customer- and service-oriented, flexible, resilient, solution-oriented and responsible personality
