Your Tasks
- You are responsible for the personal care and reception of customers and suppliers on site
- You ideally work on weekdays from Monday to Thursday
- You operate the Livit main number Basel
- You handle emails, concerns, and complaints professionally and friendly
- You take care of the meeting rooms, Liviteria, and other common areas
- You process digital as well as physical mail including packing and shipping (incoming and outgoing mail)
- You support administrative and organizational tasks (compliance with house rules, evacuation drills, invoice coding, procurement of materials and furniture, etc.)
Your Profile
- You have completed commercial training or further education with corresponding professional experience in the service sector
- You can communicate adequately in German and English both orally and in writing (any additional national language is an advantage)
- You live the values of customer orientation, communicate professionally, and enjoy working with people
- You work in a structured way and keep an overview even in hectic times
- You have an affinity for technology and can apply new technologies
