For our Customer Service Branches unit, we are looking for a flexible, committed, and customer-oriented personality as a Customer Service Advisor Branches, 60 to 80%, Floater for branch operations starting November 2025 or by arrangement.
Advisory Customer Service Branches are the first point of contact within the customer zone and advise customers in the areas of payments, savings, and retirement planning. They are responsible for cash management as well as location management of the branch sites. To relieve the sales department, they perform administrative tasks and assist in sales support.
