What Awaits You
- You actively support the field sales team throughout the entire sales process and thus contribute to our shared success.
- As a central contact person, you answer professional and technical questions in the areas of non-life private customers, non-life corporate customers, individual life, accident, health, and occupational pension schemes.
- You competently and committedly take care of our private and corporate customers by phone, in writing, and in person.
- With a sense for individual needs, you develop tailored concepts and solutions.
- Together with the team, you actively shape market development and sales promotion.
- You accompany our apprentices in their professional daily routine and specifically promote their professional and personal development.
What We Expect
- Commercial basic training and/or several years of experience with a multi-industry insurer
- You already have the VBV certificate or are willing to obtain it
- Enjoyment of direct customer contact and a strong service orientation
- Sales-oriented thinking as well as enthusiasm for developing individual customer solutions
- Efficient, solution-oriented collaboration with the field sales team and relevant specialist departments
