- Your trained eye detects special incidents early, and your reactions as Pit Boss are confident and smart.
Our rules of play
- As an experienced Pit Boss, you bring both professional and leadership skills and have already proven yourself in a comparable environment in this role.
- You have a good instinct for dealing with different guest groups and their needs.
- As a team leader, you know how to lead your team appreciatively and establish a professional guest service together.
- Very good German skills are mandatory; any additional language is an advantage.
- Due to legal requirements, you have a clean record (criminal and debt register extracts).
