Our four-member young and dynamic team is responsible for the individual advice and support of wealthy private clients in the Hombrechtikon region. Customer support is our passion – your needs are at the center of our focus. Your Tasks
- Support and develop existing private clients
- Acquire new customers in the catchment area
- Explore customer needs including individual wishes, goals, and life situations – if necessary in cooperation with internal specialists
- Sell standardized products and services in the areas of payment transactions, investments, pensions, and real estate financing
- Achieve long-term trust building and asset preservation in the context of generational change
- Opportunity to take on training activities or a specialist role in financing, investing, or pension planning
- Participate in internal projects
- Perform demanding representation tasks in the spirit of "the local bank"
Your Profile
- Completed banking training or equivalent education
- Further education e.g. HFBF / FA Financial Planner / Bachelor in Banking & Finance (completed or in training) – is an advantage
- Experience in personal customer support
- Affinity and enjoyment in using digital technologies in the consulting process
- You score with your trustworthy, communicative, and empathetic manner
- Your teamwork skills, openness, and willingness to change characterize you
- Your strong acquisition personality with a pronounced sales flair rounds off your profile
