ABOUT THE ROLE
Within the Swiss Markets IT Department, you will work with all IT and Business stakeholders (Digital, CRM, Retail, Global IT, Europe, and Swiss Markets teams) to ensure the implementation and optimal functioning of Retail and CRM systems and technologies in the region's Fashion, Fragrances & Beauty, and Watches & Jewelry Boutiques (Switzerland, Brazil, Mexico, Panama, and India).
Permanent contract, position based in Geneva.
What impact you will create and your key responsibilities:

In line with the region's strategy, you define and manage the roadmap for the deployment of the ORACLE POS (ORION program), Clienteling (My Boutique App), CRM (Pioneer project) and any other Retail-CRM applications for countries in the region (ACET (After-sales, InChanel, Tallyfi, Prodco, MyInventory App, etc.). In collaboration with other regions and Global teams.

You autonomously manage all stages related to the implementation of new projects, from contract negotiation, drafting functional and technical specifications, schedule management, and testing, including the support.

You master the features of Retail-CRM tools and ensure the technical and functional consistency of the Omnichannel Retail-CRM-Digital ecosystem, including eCommerce ONE solutions, which are also a touchpoint for Pioneer, the Global Chanel Customer Data Base.

You work in collaboration with the Digital teams and the eCommerce IT Project Manager to implement Omnichannel solutions (e.g., OAB - Online Appointment Booking solution) and provide backup on certain eCommerce issues in the absence of eCommerce Project Managers.

You define and implement interfaces between the Boutique solutions in collaboration with the various suppliers and partners. Carry out testing of solutions/upgrades/bug fixes, including interface testing.

You implement specific platforms (cash registers, mobility, electronic banking, etc.) according to business needs in collaboration with the European IT teams that develop most of the applications used for Boutiques in the Swiss Markets region.

You monitor and ensure the excellence of Boutique Support, which is provided either by Retail Europe Customer Service or by the IT teams in the various countries.

You contribute to the monitoring and coordination of all tasks related to systems and technology aspects for the opening, renovation, and relocation of Boutiques.
What you will bring to the team :

Education: 5 years of higher education in engineering

Successful experience in managing IT projects in the Retail and CRM field (minimum 5 years), ideally in the fashion or luxury goods sector.

IT knowledge : strong CRM technical and functional expertise is mandatory (Sales Force is a plus), POS (ORACLE XSTORE & SIOCS or CEGID CBR-Y2 would be a plus), SQL queries, scripts, ETL, and web services would be a plus. RFID, Boutique counting, queue management, etc.

Languages: Fluent French and English (Spanish, Portuguese, or German would be a plus)

Excellent communication, leadership, and change management skills.
