Clerk in Accounting and Administration m/f/d 80 - 100%

• In this role, you ensure the control, billing, and posting of grain and oilseed inbound and outbound storage as well as warehouse charge invoices for us
• You support the national warehouse manager in managing the federal mandatory warehouse, including accompanying mandatory warehouse inspections by réservesuisse
• You are actively involved as a team member in our warehouse planning and administration within the company as well as in the duty-free warehouse management
• Another part of the tasks consists of warehouse inventories with corresponding clarifications and corrections in case of discrepancies as well as identifying warehouse optimization opportunities
• Participation in monthly and annual closing tasks as well as the preparation and posting of semi-monthly transport collective invoices are also part of your responsibilities 
• Besides sample management, you can also imagine taking on tasks in accounts receivable accounting, namely billing of outbound shipments from the national collection points

• Completed commercial training in accounting, forwarding, logistics, or a comparable further education with several years of professional experience in transport or dispatch area
• A strong affinity for numbers, reliable independent working style, and team spirit
• Professional experience in internal service, order processing, warehouse planning, and logistics, and preferably knowledge of the agricultural or food/feed industry
• You are willing to take responsibility and bring openness in communication with various stakeholders (from trade, logistics, and accounting)
• Experience and enjoyment in working with ERP systems as well as common Office programs
• Good French skills are an additional plus
