Youth Worker (80%)
This is your job:
- Content-related co-design of child and youth work (KJAR) in dialogue with colleagues and children and young people
- Development and implementation of program offers (in the youth center and in projects)
- Addiction and violence prevention
- Gender-equitable work
- Participation in network meetings at the municipal level and with other youth workers
- Administrative tasks
This is what you bring:
- Degree from a university of applied sciences for social work, socio-cultural animation, or equivalent training
- Professional experience in open child and youth work
- Experience in project work and with social media
- Willingness to work evening and weekend shifts
- Empathy, high social competence, and an open personality
