Your responsibilities
- Support in the development of product and communication concepts
- Conduct competitive and pricing analyses
- Organize and document product tests (lab & field)
- Assist in line reviews, go-to-market presentations, and sell-in tools
- Prepare sales data and relevant market information
- Maintain and update product data in the system
- Coordinate and support the handling of sample collections
- Collaborate closely with design, development, marketing, and regional teams
Your profile
- Ongoing studies or completed degree, ideally in Business Administration, Sports Science, or Marketing
- Passion for footwear, mountain sports, and the outdoor industry
- First experience in project work, market research, and the development of product or marketing concepts
- Strong organizational skills with structured and cross-functional thinking
- Excellent analytical and conceptual abilities
- Very good verbal and written communication skills in English (and German)
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
- Team player with a hands-on mentality who enjoys taking responsibility
