Job Description
Bompard is looking for an Experienced Sales Advisor to join its teams at the Lausanne point of sale.
Position available from January 2025.
Main missions:
Bring the Bompard experience to life
- Welcome each client with authenticity, elegance, and attention to detail
- Tell the story of our iconic pieces through an inspiring speech
- Develop an in-depth knowledge of our products to make the customer experience unique
- Support a local and international clientele, and contribute to their loyalty
- Participate in organizing events or highlights
Be a driver of performance
- Promote the achievement of sales targets set as a team
- Ensure the daily smooth running of the point of sale: cash handling, application of procedures, offer our exclusive services
Guarantee the Bompard image
- Ensure the proper upkeep of the boutique, according to Bompard standards: product presentation and cleanliness
- Actively participate in stock management: receiving goods, tidying, restocking
- Master the merchandising codes and the staging of collections in line with the guidelines
Field responsibilities & confirmed posture
- Ensure the opening and closing of the point of sale in compliance with internal procedures
- Show autonomy and initiative in managing unforeseen events or optimizing workflows
- Participate in transmitting the Bompard DNA through your posture, speech, and involvement with reinforcement teams
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, ideally in the fashion, high-end, or luxury sector
- Dynamic, curious with a real sensitivity to fashion and fine materials
- Proactive and unifying, you enjoy working within a team
- Neat appearance, service-oriented and excellent interpersonal skills
