For our location in Regensdorf, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a committed personality to strengthen our administration team. In this role, you are the central contact point for internal departments and external customers and ensure that our processes run smoothly.
- Independent execution of administrative tasks in order and contract processing
- Recording, checking, and releasing goods receipts and issues in the ERP system
- Preparing invoices for domestic and foreign customers
- Handling incoming correspondence and phone calls
- Communication with internal and external partners
- Assisting with monthly closings and projects for process optimization and development
- Other general administrative tasks
- Completed commercial training
- Experience in order processing/administration department, complemented by practical experience in a production environment, is a plus
- IT affinity, confident handling of MS Office applications, and a flair for numbers
- Quick comprehension, reliability, and teamwork skills
- Good communication skills with pronounced team spirit
- Independent, structured, and result-oriented working style
- Native German speaker; French is a plus
