Clerk Administration Animal Health
Office for Food Safety and Animal Health | 60-80% | Chur
Safe food from the stable to the plate - that is the guiding principle our office follows. Only if we care about the welfare of our farm animals can safe food be produced.
We are looking for a clerk for administration animal health for the Office for Food Safety and Animal Health starting April 1, 2026, or by agreement.
Your area of responsibility
- Support of the specialist departments for animal diseases and public veterinary service in all administrative matters.
- You work in a team and take on diverse and demanding administrative tasks. These include confident correspondence, preparation of orders, and telephone service.
- You maintain close contact with official and practicing veterinarians and with customers from the agricultural and meat processing sectors.
What we expect from you
- Completed commercial basic training with professional experience
- Independent, reliable, and precise way of working
- Quick comprehension, especially in dealing with various IT applications
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form as well as good oral Italian skills
- Team player, flexible, resilient, and efficient, and if veterinary medicine, agriculture, and meat production are not foreign words to you
