To expand our social counseling services throughout Thurgau, we are looking for a
Social Worker 80-100%
Tasks:
- Independent social counseling at various locations throughout Thurgau
- Counseling and support for people of AHV age and their relatives
- Preparing financial applications for clients
- Triage, networking, and coordination tasks
- Maintaining cooperation with specific professional organizations, public institutions, and municipalities
Your profile:
- Diploma / Bachelor in Social Work FH/HFS
- Professional experience as a social worker (experience in the field of aging is an advantage)
- Knowledge of social insurance law
- You enjoy goal- and resource-oriented counseling
- You are committed, independent, and quickly adapt to new, challenging situations
- You can organize yourself well
- Own car is mandatory
