About the job
Our Vision
We are already shaping the future of sustainable and absolutely CO2-neutral energy production today. Be part of our visionary and green success story and apply now.
About Us
As a globally operating plant manufacturer in the field of solid-state fermentation, RENERGON offers an exciting and challenging role in a growth-oriented environment. We plan and build biogas plants for the production of renewable energy. For the operation of our plants, we rely 100% on organic waste materials such as biowaste, cattle manure, or green cuttings, thus closing the material cycle. As a Swiss Made SME with pioneering technology, we aim to spread our patented system worldwide and actively shape the energy transition. You fit with us if you see yourself as inter- and multidisciplinary, like a human Swiss Army knife, and the following points appeal to you:
Your Tasks
- You support the technical design of our plants.
- You check and evaluate design and execution plans of construction and plant engineering (P&ID, electrical planning, machine layout plans, safety concepts for fire and lightning protection, etc.).
- You accompany the commissioning of the plants at the customer’s site domestically and abroad (2-3 weeks per assignment).
- You are responsible for the professional supervision of assembly and lend a hand yourself when necessary.
- You feel comfortable both with manual work and technical documentation.
- You are ready for assignments on plants at home and abroad (up to 30% travel activity).
- You bring the system closer to customers and conduct training – understandable, friendly, and on equal footing.
Your Backpack
- You have many years of experience and technical expertise in technology, mechanics, and electrical engineering.
- You bring professional experience in plant assembly, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- You have respect but no fear of biogas and have no problem getting dirty sometimes.
- You are familiar with mechanics & electrical engineering.
- Your knowledge in measurement and control technology, pneumatics, or process engineering is a plus.
- You have basic knowledge of biochemical contexts or the interest to learn more.
- You speak German and English and can communicate easily in both languages in the work environment.
- You are communicative and enjoy working in a team.
