Do you want to evolve in a versatile HR role and have a concrete impact? As an HR Specialist, you will contribute to HR administration, support payroll processes, assist operational recruitment, and participate in several projects.

In this role, you will be directly integrated into the People & Culture department of SPIE MTS SA and work closely with the equivalent functions of the group in Switzerland, as well as with SPIE Schweiz AG.

Your responsibilities:

• HR Administration: You independently manage personnel administration, ensuring process compliance and the quality of HR data throughout the employee lifecycle
• Payroll Management: You participate in the preparation and control of salaries in support of the Payroll Specialist
• Recruitment and Talent Acquisition: You lead certain recruitments, from defining needs to integration, ensuring an optimal candidate experience
• Training and Development: You participate in budget monitoring, plan management, and the implementation of solutions to develop skills
• HR Projects & Continuous Improvement: You contribute to cross-functional projects (digitalization, employer branding, process optimization)
• Versatility: As a member of a small team, you also take on essential recurring administrative tasks
• You have very good experience in a similar role and bring broad expertise in human resources
• You possess very good knowledge of social insurance, Swiss labor law, and have proven experience in payroll management (preparation, control)
• Previous experience in recruitment is an asset
• You stand out for your rigor, sense of confidentiality, high degree of autonomy, and true team spirit. Thanks to your structured working method, you easily manage several projects in parallel
• You are comfortable with digital systems and tools and have very good skills in Excel
• You master French perfectly, both spoken and written
• You also have very good knowledge of German or English
• Ideally, you live on the Lausanne–Geneva axis and are ready to work at both sites (Bussigny and Satigny)
