• Creation, maintenance, and continuous optimization of high-quality content for our communication channels with a focus on the website in collaboration with external partners
• Maintenance and updating of content using existing content management systems
• Continuous analysis and evaluation of content performance
• Editorial planning as well as topic and trend research
• Ensuring compliance with consistent brand and communication guidelines
• Management and coordination of external service providers (copywriters, photographers, agencies)
• Collaboration and support in internal projects

• Completed training in marketing, communication, media, or comparable qualification
• Professional experience in content management as well as confident handling of content management systems
• Editorial experience and sensitivity for target group-oriented content, storytelling, and trends
• Basic knowledge of SEO, content performance, as well as image and graphic editing
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form, French skills are an advantage
• Creative, structured, and independent working style with high teamwork skills
