Deputy Director of the Technologies and Industry Division of the CPNE at 54%
- CPNE101
- The CPNE is the reference actor for professional training offers in the canton of Neuchâtel. We offer training and support at different levels of professional training (initial training, higher education, and continuing education).
As a member of the management team, you support the director in leading the CPNE-TI and in implementing initial and adult training programs. You are responsible for the Bodywork, Watchmaking, Mechanics, and Microtechnology sectors, as well as courses leading to certification (modular training and article 32). In this capacity, you supervise the assigned teaching staff (about 40 people), participate in their recruitment, and ensure their training.
In collaboration with the training coordinators, you monitor the evolution of technologies and legislation to ensure quality teaching that meets the needs of the economy. Additionally, you establish and monitor budgets considering the set constraints and the sectors under your responsibility.
Finally, you complement your role as deputy director by taking on a teaching load of up to a full-time position, including the deputy director role.
Holder of a university of applied sciences degree in a technical field complemented by a pedagogical and/or andragogical diploma for teaching, you are client-oriented and show interest in professional training and its regulations.
Equipped with excellent organizational skills, you are autonomous and able to carry out your tasks rigorously.
Moreover, you have a very good level of French, demonstrate great interpersonal skills, and can easily integrate into a management team.
Finally, understanding and oral expression in German are an asset for this position. To enhance your skills, you are willing to follow the training for management of training institutions (FORDIF) during employment.
You live in Switzerland in accordance with the legal requirements for public office holders.
