- Pursuing a Bachelor's in IT or equivalent experience required.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft environments including Microsoft 365.
- Excellent communication skills and fluent in French, functional in English.

About the job
Your missions
- Provide first-level IT support to employees
- Maintain and service the IT equipment
- Install and configure workstations; participate in upgrading the infrastructure
- Coordinate certain IT tasks with our IT suppliers
- Manage user access and licenses (Microsoft 365, Azure, etc.)
- Contribute to the improvement of existing applications (CRM Dynamics, SharePoint, Teams, Power BI, GED, BitaBiz, Abacus, etc.)
- Participate in optimizing internal processes and technical documentation
- Train employees on IT tools and internal applications
- Monitor and contribute to improving IT security
- Manage conference room equipment
- Actively participate in projects in the "Operations" domain
Your profile
- Bachelor's degree in computer science in progress or equivalent training
- First experience confirming a strong interest in IT support and applications
- Very good command of common office tools
- Good knowledge of Microsoft environments, including Microsoft 365 and Azure (advanced mastery is a major asset)
- ITIL and Microsoft certifications are a valued asset
- Good analytical, execution, and communication skills
- Languages: fluent French, good knowledge of English
