How you inspire
- A challenging and versatile activity with design possibilities awaits you. You support the customer managers:
- in the care and development of customer relationships, in the analysis of financial figures, in credit assessment, in the preparation and follow-up of customer meetings, and you participate in customer meetings as well as customer and networking events
- in all administrative matters, especially in opening new and managing existing customer relationships, online services, payment transactions, card services, compliance, and other clarifications related to banking. You work independently and closely with other internal departments
- with regulatory issues, processing documents, and maintaining system entries
- in direct contact with our customers (physically, by phone, and in writing) and you independently handle electronic as well as physical correspondence
What you bring
- You have successfully completed commercial banking training with proven experience in the financial services sector, ideally in (corporate) customer business
- You already have experience in business administration or economics or are pursuing corresponding part-time further education
- Independent work, initiative, teamwork, and daily contact with corporate clients and wealthy private clients bring you joy
- Your high service orientation, flexibility, and a healthy dose of assertiveness characterize you
- You have a high sense of responsibility combined with solution-oriented action and high quality standards
