Logistics Manager at CIT-S
To complete its team, the Directorate of Construction, Engineering, Technical and Security (CIT-S) of the CHUV is looking for a logistics manager for the hospital city, with an activity rate between 80% and 100%, for a start date on April 1, 2026, or to be agreed upon.
This position places you at the heart of the technical logistics flows of a complex and strategic hospital environment.
Context
The Lausanne University Hospital (CHUV) is one of the five Swiss university hospitals. Thanks to its collaboration with the Faculty of Biology and Medicine of the University of Lausanne and EPFL, it plays a reference role in the fields of medical care, research, and training.
The Directorate of Construction, Engineering, Technical and Security (CIT-S) has as its main missions the operation, maintenance, construction, engineering, technical assistance, and consulting, over a large real estate portfolio of more than 40 buildings within the hospital city.
The activities of CIT-S revolve around three major axes: the construction and modernization of infrastructures, the operation and maintenance of technical and biomedical equipment, as well as the protection and security of property and people.
Mission
- You provide a counter service to internal and external collaborators
- You manage spare parts stocks and ensure their availability
- You receive, check, and record goods and deliveries
- You create new locations and contribute to the quality of data in the management tool
- You actively participate in rolling and annual inventories
- You contribute to the continuous improvement of logistics processes (flows, storage, safety, traceability).
Profile
- You hold a Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as a logistician or an equivalent qualification
- You have at least 5 years of professional experience in a technical field
- You have knowledge of a stock management tool
- You master office and professional IT tools
- You are comfortable in a multidisciplinary environment
- You appreciate teamwork and demonstrate reliability and rigor.
