Job Description

As a doorman | floor doorman, you are the helping hand in the background – housekeeper, doorman, and all-rounder in one. You pitch in wherever needed and ensure smooth operations with your calm manner.

• You greet our guests warmly and assist with luggage as well as transfers with the electric cart
• You independently carry out minor repairs and technical maintenance work
• Housekeeping and doorman teams work hand in hand with us – for example, you support vacuuming or replenishing materials
• You help with deliveries, take care of storage rooms and order in the back office and around the house
• You communicate clearly and solution-oriented with reception, housekeeping, and kitchen
• You keep an overview even on busy days and work efficiently in the background

Qualifications

• Driver's license category B and safe driving with electric cart in Zermatt
• Good English skills – additional languages are a plus
• A neat, discreet, and helpful appearance
• Enjoy working independently and taking responsibility
• Flexibility for early, mid, or late shifts – also on weekends and holidays. Night shifts may also occur
• Above all: You enjoy keeping the operation running and making a big impact with small actions
