- Implementation and development of the new project activity in French-speaking Switzerland, including market positioning and regional strategy
- Identification, monitoring, and acquisition of new clients and partners (planners, architects, general contractors, installers)
- Management of relationships with existing clients throughout the project cycle, from needs analysis to commissioning
- Close collaboration with the Business Development, Technical, Project Management, and Marketing departments
- Support for tenders, preparation of offers, presentations, and participation in negotiations
- Market and competitor observation for active development of the field
- Management and evaluation of CRM data and regular reporting to the project business management / Head of Project Business.
Your profile
- Basic technical or commercial training, ideally in home automation, building technology, sanitary, HVAC, or indoor air conditioning systems
- Professional experience in field service, construction or industry sector, or building technology planning
- Strong personal motivation, entrepreneurial spirit, and great ability to close contracts
- Elegant presence, communication and negotiation skills at all levels (craftsmen, planners, general contractors)
- Willingness to travel within the served region
- Very good command of French and good command of German
